DutchBasecamp (DBC), which has supported more than 750 startups in their international expansion, is entering a new phase. The organisation is strengthening its mission with a partnership with ACE and the appointment of Masha Moisseyeva as Managing Director.
With ACE joining forces with DutchBasecamp, founders will now have access to a broader range of services and a truly global network. ACE operates in 17+ countries, offering tangible support for founders looking to expand beyond their home country, from incorporation and legal support to investor access and market connections.
ACE’s mission is to make international expansion affordable and accessible for all companies and entrepreneurs. Together, DBC and ACE will be able to provide founders with both the practical tools and the peer-to-peer insights needed for sustainable growth abroad.
Masha Moisseyeva takes the role of Managing Director to lead this new chapter. A founder herself, she has built two startups in the Netherlands and led an agency helping non-EU companies enter Western European markets. Her experience reflects the DBC ethos: by founders, for founders, with a focus on real stories, lessons learned, and practical advice.

“As a founder myself, I know expansion can be exciting but also tough. Our role at DutchBasecamp is to make sure founders don’t face it alone, to share real experiences, provide trusted guidance, and connect them with opportunities,” — Masha Moisseyeva, Managing Director of DutchBasecamp.
Both organisations share a strong belief in the role of technology and entrepreneurship in shaping Europe’s competitiveness. By integrating their networks and expertise, DutchBasecamp and ACE aim to make the Dutch and European startup ecosystems more internationally connected and resilient.
